Please never send personal case details
We are an unofficial guide, not a government agency, so we cannot check your balance, your case or your personal payment date. Please never email your Social Security number, EBT card number, case number or passwords.
For anything about your own benefits, contact your state agency directly — the USDA lists every state’s official contact on its state directory page — or call the number on the back of your EBT card.
Corrections
If you are reporting an error, it helps to include the page link and what the official source says instead. We check every report against USDA or state sources, and we record real fixes on our Corrections page.
